UK Recorded Delivery
UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded delivery or Parcelforce and should be received within 2 – 3 days of dispatch.
International Recorded Delivery
International orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded International post or Parcelforce and should be received within 3-10 days of dispatch depending on destination. Orders are shipped using the Global Priority Service.
EU Recorded Delivery
Orders sent out within the EU are sent by Royal Mail Recorded International post or Parcelforce and should be received within 3-10 days of dispatch depending on destination. Orders are shipped using the EuroPriority Service.
Items sent by DHL courier are expected to reach the recipient within 2-3 days, dependent on destination. Tracking details will be provided following despatch of order and the package may be tracked using the DHL website.
(a)You will be required to pay extra for delivery and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. Our delivery charges are set out in our website.
(b) Any dispatch date or delivery time specified is a business estimate only, and the University shall not be liable for any loss suffered by reason of any failure to comply therewith.
(c) The Goods may be delivered by the University in advance of the quoted delivery date upon giving reasonable notice to the Customer.
(d) Should expedited delivery or posting be required, whilst every effort will be made to deliver within the time quoted, no warranty is given as to this, and time is not deemed the essence of the contract. Should such delivery or posting necessitate additional costs being incurred, a charge will be made to cover the increased cost, to include expenses or other costs including overtime and wages.
(e) Subject to any special terms agreed in Writing between the Customer and the University, the University shall be entitled to invoice the Customer for the price of the Goods on or at any time after delivery of the Goods, unless the Goods are to be collected by the Customer or the Customer wrongfully fails to take delivery of the Goods, in which event the Press shall be entitled to invoice the Customer for the price at any time after the Press has notified the Customer that the Goods are ready for collection or (as the case may be) the Customer has tendered delivery of the Goods.
